I have been looking into things like this so I found this a really great resource. Let me explain:

Lets say I lived in New York (which I do) but my business was going to be a Louisiana corporations there are websites online that help you create everything for that state figure out the laws and make sure you’re doing business properly.

It will help you incorporate or form a LLC. They also help with S-Corps. I am going to put my blog into an LLC which means that if someone sues my website they wont be suing me. Which is a big thing. But I don’t want to have really have to do the stuff myself. I don’t mind paying someone a small stipend to do the work for me. The company IncParadise.com for example only charges $89 + whatever state fees are involved. So if you are too busy or just don’t want to deal with it, these are great options for you.
