The tag cloud goes on the right outside of the post, the related links either link outside or to internal posts at the very end, the subscription without it automatically checked (since I hate those things as well). They don't interfere with the post itself its underneath and gives you related links or internal links and if it is the internal plugin it will promote longer visits to my blog. Related links has not worked for me yet. I read the really simple directions, install activate and presto. However as you can see my post is published I clicked googleblog search and no related links came up and I'm more than sure that there are at least 4 blogs out there with posts on google page rank.
