Hi everyone, I’m Amy. I’m the new owner of The Blog World. You might remember I guest posted here once about ’so called’ pro bloggers and their poor grammar, punctuation, and spelling. If you don’t remember, here it is. I own a few websites you’ve probably never heard of, Radkitten, As A Star, As A Mother and E-Starr. I’ve been asking Amanda quite a few things about what she does here and she felt like I was the best person to take her place here. I will try very hard to live up to that.

I know this is her baby, and I know her dreams for it. I’m going to try and keep up with what she started and hopefully help this site realize its full potential. I’m still learning, but I do still have her watching over me and of course she be back as a guest blogger as well.

I’m going to give a day or so for this all to set in and then get straight into it. If you don’t mind, please let me know how many posts per day you prefer. And if you haven’t already, please subscribe to the RSS.

Today is my birthday, I’ve decided to take the day off. I’ve done some sponsored posts and threw up something quick on PJMommy but to me this blog is much more than quick. This blog takes time and effort and research and I don’t want to half ass a post all because I wish to give you content. So I’ve decided to take the day to myself.

However as you can see the amount of money earned is going up. I’ve had a couple of new reviews purchased etc and I’m excited. My first payment from sponsored reviews happens on the 19th, so now everyone knows when to rob me. HAHA J/K

However I wish it were today so that I might buy myself something nice.

In efforts to really put forward everything I’ve been teaching and explaining to you my readers, I’ve done everything on the relaunch of Pajama Mommy Community It launched on the 2nd I’ve already made over 300 dollars from it. I’ve worked my butt off in the last 12 days of owning it and its paid off. Thats about a paycheck from my regular job. So it’s really starting to make money and hopefully it’ll continue as I attempt to create partnerships.

Which will be my next post, creating partnerships for your niche. Please do your homework class heh :D

I am to list 5 reasons why I blog so here it goes!

1. I enjoy it! - I enjoy blogging, I like finding things to take about on the website, I like feeling people care enough to read what I have to say. I’m a faux celebrity!

2. the money is starting to get good - I really don’t blog for the money but its nice when the money actually starts showing up right? From consulting b/c of this blog I’ve made 650 dollars. Ads I’ve made about um. $5 (because of the fact that erm lets see most of the companies sucked until I joined burst :D ) Sponsored posts. 75$ of my cut on reviewed posts. (I just got into the programs sue me!) so since owning this blog and now Pajama Mommy i’ve made $730 dollars.

3. Learning - I get to learn new things every day. I also get to the consulting, which I have to learn new ways of marketing and I love to learn. I’m thinking about going back to school and getting some kind of degree in it, so I will need to revert back to #2 before I do!

4. Friends - I have made some of the best friends because of my blog, and I tend to prefer them over my offline friends since I really don’t have many since the ones I’ve made suck.

5. Satisfaction - When people say they know who I am from what I’ve made, or something I did helped them its really satisfying to know I did that.
