I’ll be moving on to my new server today. This is just a heads up to let you know there may or may not be issues. I will move tthe account over and then forward the DNS so there shouldn’t be any transition trouble. Wish me luck.

I don’t know if many other pro bloggers have a conscience, but mine is telling me I need to give something back. I’ve made a bit of money off this website, as is the purpose, and I’d like to thank my readers for that. I comment back to each one (if I’ve missed you, let me know) and that’s all fine and dandy, but where’s your slice?

I always thought it’d be exciting to run a contest since the first one Amanda had here. But for what? I’m not really sure. A lot of people are giving iPods, but who doesn’t already have one? And some people are just giving cold, hard cash. But I would like to give a gift that helps the pro blogger.

The purpose in this entry is to ask you what you’d like, what you would participate for. I’m really excited to hear what you come up with.

It looks like I’ve gained some new visitors lately, I’m really excited about that. My number of RSS subscribers has grown as well. It’s pretty awesome.

I’ve spent the past couple of days redoing the content on the website. Amanda has done a lot, she had 18 pages, and I needed to cut it down some. I merged a lot of the pages into what you see at the top. Some pages are a ‘work in progress’ and the Policies page isn’t set up yet. But all-in-all I think it’s coming along great. I even put a (lame) banner on the about page incase anyone needs to link me.

I changed the Wordpress theme again because the other one had issues. Some themes are just hard to customize and I don’t like leaving themes as they were created because it’s very impersonal and I know I leave when I see an overused theme. So over the next couple of days I’m going to work on fixing up this theme with my own colors and a custom logo image for TBW.

I welcome any ideas and suggestions!

I had quite a few problems with the old theme we were using so I changed over to the one you see now. I’m not entirely sure if this one will do what I need it to do, but for now, at least it works. I’ll be looking for something better in the upcoming weeks. I need to change the pages around because, as you can see, they still have all Amanda’s information and it’s slightly outdated.
