Hello,

You may have noticed that I lack a bit of interest in the area of “making money blogging”. Amanda said basically everything there was to say about it, in my opinion, and that’s why she let it go..

I had an idea today and I’m going to research and work on writing it up. Then I will go around and comment to others whose sites I enjoy in the hopes they may come visit me and comment back honestly. By honestly, I mean that I hope they won’t just comment back for the dofollow link.

If this entry gets a good response, I’ll know I’m on the right track and I’ll keep going with it. If it doesn’t, I’ll know this isn’t for me and I will pass the domain along to someone who can to better with it.

I wanted to state my intentions for those of you who may have noticed I haven’t had the inspiration to keep up with blogging as I wanted to and as you expected. Thanks for your interest guys.

Hey everyone, sorry for the little disappearing act. There’s been a lot going on personally and professionally that have made my blogs pretty much nonexistant. The only thing I managed to do was to keep up with my weekly weight loss journal on my mommy blog.

I’ve got a lot coming up, though. I sat down and picked some brains, including the old owner of this site, and made a large list of topics to post on. This will help me in a number of ways, but mostly to keep me updating daily, as you’re all used to. I spoke with Amanda, the old owner ov TBW, about the topics on this blog and she explained to me that it was a bit more broad than I had realized. It’s not just about making money from your blog, but from any website you own or pretty much anything you can do online and make money. That helps me a lot because it raises the limits of what I can accomplish on this blog. She’ll be guest blogging her soon as well.

One of the things I’ve found around other blogs was people complaining about how Amanda seemed to brag about the money she was making online, though the purpose of the blog was kind of for it to be a case study for her to learn the best ways to make money and then tell others how to do it as well. So my question to you is, would you want me to list this information for you? Let me know how you feel about that, please.

The Blog World has just purchased the new Revolution theme which I am working on and should hopefully release soon. The organization of this theme is what I’m after. I love the setup and the organization that comes from using this theme. If you haven’t heard of it before, check out the Revolution demo.

This is the first Wordpress theme I’ve ever paid for, and really, the first one I’ve ever considered paying for. It starts out at $59.95 and I don’t mind buying Revolution and leaving the footer credit. I definitely think this is a wonderful theme and all credit should be given.

Small Potato over at WPDesigner has had very little to say about this theme in comparison to others he has reviewed, and that could be a good thing. I value his word because every theme he’s ever made has been easily customized and worked perfectly for me, I think he’s extremely talented.

It’s going to take me a long time to customize, but when it’s ready I think it’s going to be spectacular!
