Do you have what it takes to be among the top 2%? Maybe a little self improvement would help you get there. I personally think people are wonderful the way they are, but if your goal is to be rich and powerful, you definitely need to look at yourself compared to those out there doing it. Maybe you’re a nice person, maybe you’re laid back and friendly. Well, that’s apparently not going to cut it.

I did this little test on whether I could be the top 2% or not, and I failed. Why? I was told I needed self improvement in the interpersonal skills area. It’s very strange that of all my weaknesses, my social skills are the worst. I mean, I understand it, but really I thought my lack of drive and motivation would have come out #1. Oh well, it’s a website, what does it know?

The test suggested a book called “The 5 Essential People Skills”. I don’t really have any interest in buying it, even for the $1, 30 day trial period offered on the site, but I do think I may go sit at Barnes and Noble and see what it’s about. I love how you can go to book stores and read the entire book.

Do me a favor, take the test. Comment here to let me know what your result was.

I signed up with Pay Per Post so I could test them out because the purpose of this blog is to help you make money on your blog and blog marketing is one of the big ways to do it. I’ve done a few paid posts for them and I have a bit of feedback.

There are a couple things I really like about PPP, most importantly being the way you accept a job. There are some sponsored review sites that require you to bid and then then wait for the advertiser to accept, decline, or counter your offer. This pretty much results in hundreds of offers out there for nothing. Another allows you 3-7 days to complete a job, in which time procrastinators like me could forget. I really like the way you reserve a job and do it right away.

I’m also extremely delighted with the higher amounts I see offered. They have some places offering $350+ for a blog review. My site isn’t nearly that calibre yet, but I hope to someday be doing well enough and to have enough readers to deserve these jobs.

I’ve only found a few things so far I feel uncomfortable with, but that may change over time. I don’t like that they don’t give you a link to visit the site before you reserve it. However, reserving doesn’t mean you have to do it. And there was one review where you had to make a video, I didn’t quite understand it but I don’t think I’d like to create a video for an advertiser (not for $15, anyway).

I’ve decided I will split any money earned two ways. 1/2 it will go back into the website and the other 1/2 will go into my boys’ savings accounts. Their savings accounts need the lift and I hope to have a great contest here on TBW within the next month or so!

Are you using PPP? Tell me your experiences.

Do you know anyone over 18 who is debt-free? Doubtful. Once you hit 18 the credit struggle begins. Usually you get yourself in and don’t end up crawling out until your 50’s. Debt is like a national epidemic and it seems almost like creditors want you to lose track of your credit. Thankfully, there are people out there who want to help.

Over at Bills.com they are dedicated to helping you save money. They have resources for mortgages, credit cards, loans, and debt relief. They also offer a free guide to personal finance. I consider myself a novice with credit and investing, so I’ve ordered the guide for myself. I certainly don’t need any more credit right now, but in the future when I’m ready to buy a house I plan to make my first stop to this site. When you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit, you need some guidance and maybe a backup plan.

If you find yourself in debt trouble and you can’t quite earn enough to get out, consider their debt relief service. They can help you reduce your debt up to 60% by taking away late payment fees and getting you lower interest rates.

As you know I’m always trying to teach people not only how to make money but a lot of people have been asking me about passive income. Now I’m personally would love to make money from passive income. (Those who don’t know what passive income means, it means a site that generates money on its own without needing updating.)

I’ve come across a site that does teach you that as well. Its a program that costs a one time fee of $97 called Review Site Dollars the best part is when you call the 800 number there is only one option to speak to someone by pressing one. Its the owner Steven Glazer.

The site not only does most of the work for you all you have to do is sign up for the affiliate program and it generates the page for you. And even if you don’t sign up hell you can make money just from their affiliate system. So its two ways to earn income.
