There is this new thing a good friend of mine, Ponnhas been writing about and declaring she’s gotten over 700 hits in a day from it so I figured I’d give you guys the heads up.

Sk-rt is a more feminine version of Digg. They have a lot of bugs they have to fix but it is promising. The best part is it doesn’t take as many diggs to get on the front page since they are still new. And for moms there is Babblz

A couple of other draw backs are the fact that they don’t have a love it button you can place on your website. I believe thats coming soon. The owner seems to be nice based on the interactions Ponn has told me about and they receive feedback well. So make sure you let them know what you want from the site to make it the best it can be. In the short time even though I believe the domain was established based on the fact that I was told it only launched a short while ago and it already has a page rank, so I believe it launched after the update. (a little tid bit for you) However you still will get page rank if they have the no follow turned off. I didn’t see any mention of that on the site so I believe they need to notify someone of that.

You also have to wait to get your story approved. This is annoying so I hope they turn this option off. But check them out if only to get on the front page and gain more readers!

I have been asked how my technorati got so high on my blogs so quickly and I wanted to give you some of my tips.

      1. Link to your own posts (this does count)
      2. Join blogrolls even if only for a little while they will count and raise it up.
      3. Don’t be greedy get rid of that no follow and return links if you link to someone they will link to you most likely.
      4. Comment on peoples sites! A lot of them. I get a lot of my linkbacks because I comment and people have the no follow. I don’t just comment to get link backs but I comment because I enjoy the blog or want to talk to the author.
      5. Ask for link exchanges don’t be afraid. tell them my site is PAGE RANK # ALEXA RANK # and I would love to exchange with you.
      6. Have a little bit of money to spend login to text link ads and see who is selling individual posts heck, you can buy one off of johnchows website for only $8 dollars.

As payperpost really kicked off the leading advertising in sponsored posts online they are now launching an additional option which is Pay Per Post Direct.

Which is similar to reviewme except the difference in price they take out. Unlike reviewme which takes 50% and unlike sponsoredreview which takes 35% PPPDirect takes out 10% and 5% is for the paypal processing fees. Now in full disclosure if you sign up for payperpost you get paid $10 dollars to write about it. So yes I am making $10 only because if you visited the Pay Per Post blog you’ll see the blog world price for a direct review at $9,000.

I like the idea however I’m not fond of the badge. I think the badge is too childlike. I hope they improve on the look really. But the concept is nicer. There are many ways make money online now a days. This is just another opportunity to gain some cash, I wanna see how many people move from review me or sponsoredreviews over to payperpost since they take out so little.

I couldn’t help but take this one when I was digging through payperpost and seeing what content is relevant that I actually wanna write about and heck if I make $5 buxx doing it why not right? I actually find some places I use, or new things I will write about even if the opportunity is taken because they are cool.

This would be one I’d looking into more. Apparently if you embed video’s on your website they pay you via CPM they have a special code in their for posties. However I’m curious to know more about it so I hopped over there and checked it out.

The first thing you see is earn up to $4CPM for the videos you show on your website. They have ways you can explore too which is nice do you dont have to sign up to learn more. I hate doing that, giving my email out to hundreds of places just to get information. Ick.

This site is actually kind of cool, depending on what type of blog you have not only do you get paid per cpm of each video shown you get free content ideas since whatever video you write about thats a free post for that day. So if you’re site occasional writes about stuff in offline news this might be something you want to check out. The News Room
