Payperpost just received over 7 Million dollars in advertising so this means more ads on blogs. It is actually pretty cool although I am too late for the opportunity they are offering $700 opportunities to even bloggers with no PR and no alexa. I find this really cool. I know more people should sign up to try to score those. I have tried several other advertising and the only thing with payperpost is there are constantly ads you can take. Even if only $5 dollars. There are a lot of draw backs to other programs. For example sponsoredreviews, you have to wait until that person responds or counters your bid. At least with pay per post you can take it if there are more available.

I didn’t know online Backup were available really. I mean I know about the flash cards and all that stuff but I thought this was pretty nifty

They have free and paid accounts, the paid account is only 4.95 which isn’t bad. I thought this a pretty cool product for people ever worried. I always get nervous and I actually have a right to be since I deleted my entire db and I didn’t have a backup for it. So I should have had one of these. You can see my booboo going to the forums on pajama mommy. I’m going to reinstall them once the layout is ready for launching. But really its a good thing to have even if you only use the free one!

I have been asked how my technorati got so high on my blogs so quickly and I wanted to give you some of my tips.

        1. Link to your own posts (this does count)
        2. Join blogrolls even if only for a little while they will count and raise it up.
        3. Don’t be greedy get rid of that no follow and return links if you link to someone they will link to you most likely.
        4. Comment on peoples sites! A lot of them. I get a lot of my linkbacks because I comment and people have the no follow. I don’t just comment to get link backs but I comment because I enjoy the blog or want to talk to the author.
        5. Ask for link exchanges don’t be afraid. tell them my site is PAGE RANK # ALEXA RANK # and I would love to exchange with you.
        6. Have a little bit of money to spend login to text link ads and see who is selling individual posts heck, you can buy one off of johnchows website for only $8 dollars.

I love the RSS feed options on websites. I am limited to the number of RSS feeds. Unlike a lot of other people I don’t use an RSS feed such a bloglines or google feed reader.

I use XML. If you click view in XML and it shows just a bunch of script, it means your browser unfortunately does not operate with XML.

          How to solve this problem?
          1. switch browsers (i prefer safari or firefox)
          2. update your browser

XML makes it easier, for example firefox browser allows you to subscribe to the websites feed right in your bookmarks or will create its own toolbar underneath your URL bar with a list and just will create a drop down menu when you’ve exceeded the number of feeds shown on your window size.

I like XML because it is more instant and in your face and reminds me to visit my friends websites.

Most people are away of RSS feeds but if you are like my mother and are new these are all big to do’s.

You can also sign up for RSS feeds to go straight to your email, however my email is flooded by spam 90% of the time so I tend to delete the real ones on accident. So I would assign its own email address for those.
